Positive: Spacious room, very nice facilities, we booked a massage and they were very nice
Negative: We’ve arrived late at night and the application wasn’t working for me, so I couldn’t reserve a parking spot for our car which was ok, we parked at a nearby location. But we couldn’t reserve a spot for dinner and we were around 21:00 and they refused to serve us dinner because we didn’t reserve in advance, and in the whole area there was no other restaurant open to have dinner. The second issue is that we talked to the receptionist and said that we don’t have WiFi in our room he said that there was a problem with the router and he will send someone to fix the problem we stayed there two nights and it wasn’t fixed.
